All orders are processed & shipped pending order verification and payment approval. We do not process orders over the weekend and orders placed during the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched the next business day. Our domestic and international warehouses typically take 1-3 business days for processing & handling and orders should arrive by the estimated delivery date. Your estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Please note the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. A typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 10-20 business days depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. You will receive further information regarding your items delivery date on your order confirmation. Niko Alexis reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined above. Orders placed for Saturday delivery may receive early delivery attempts.

Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information is provided with every order and will be included in your order confirmation email once your items has been shipped. Every order is insured, if your item does not arrive at the shipping address listed on the email confirmation you are eligible for a refund for the item that did not arrive. Note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.

*Please note: All delivery times are an estimate with the courier. Depending upon certain factors with their processes, this may slow or speed up the process and Niko Alexis cannot be held accountable. At times we change our time scales. Delivery times might change which will be reflected on the checkout page.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY FAQ

Please note that select orders may ship from our international or domestic warehouses which may result in slightly longer shipping times.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. Please check the number of item delivered and make sure the packages are not damaged in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy between the number of items delivered should be immediately notified in writing by contacting our Customer Car Team.

Our couriers deliver from Monday to Saturday during normal business hours and will make a delivery attempt to the address on the parcel. After the second failed attempt, your order will be returned to the sender. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.


All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you :

- Check the order status in your Order History for registered users under My Account.
- Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct.
- In the case of a missed delivery please contact Fedex

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.

The delivery address of your order must match the location site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different location site than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled. Please select the correct location site for your order from the link in the corner of every page.

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.


In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
